They are typical rightist willing to be responsible for project management and employee management. Ordinary, rules-conscious and attentive, personal with such personality tend to do stuff and are systematic and methodological regarding ventures. They are the experienced managers and want their environments organized. We respect predictability and like to follow stuff logically. The ESTJ also takes the initiative to create processes and protocols in the absence of an organization, so that everyone knows what is planned. They normally communicate by exchanging ritual and routine with others. Social contact for ESTJs also implies a formal partnership with others following existing traditions.
