How stories travel over time.

The purpose of this essay is to examine how individual stories travel over time.

Select one or two episodes from Monkey (Journey to the West) OR Twelfth night. Examine the same episode/s from a 20th or 21st century adaptation (suggestions follow). Compare and contrast with the objective of discovering how and WHY the story has changed.

nb. You may examine one episode over three different works, if you choose.
