You will be required to turn in one journal, with three separate entries which will allow you to comment on specific prompts connected to multiculturalism. Some examples of possible journal/reflection topics are: teaching diverse populations and multiculturalism, applying developmental/psychological theories to classroom instruction among diverse students, appropriate use of assessment based on multicultural differences.

1) Identify specific strategies the teacher uses to promote extrinsic and/or intrinsic motivation.
2)Describe strategies that the teacher uses to deal with student misbehaviors.
3)How teachers can help students with special needs.
