First, the essay must include the many injustices apparent in the novel. The incidents of justice are mostly confined to what is called “poetic justice”. The occurs when the person or people who have committed the injustices and who seem to have gotten away with them are somehow repaid by circumstances which have little or nothing to do with human justice.
