Rationale for Assessment:
This assessment tests the depth of your insights, knowledge and understanding, and skills in order to achieve learning outcome 4 – analyse the dimensions of leadership and their relationship to change, and the challenges inherent in implementing change; and learning outcome 5 – evaluate the methods of measuring the progress and success of change programmes.

Assessment Two Guideline and Tasks
This is an individual research-based written assignment.
You will make good level of references to relevant theories and how these theories have been translated into practice by organisations. You will support your discussion with at least one (1) example for each of the questions asked below.

These questions will help you to submit a Critical Review Paper on learning covered in learning outcomes 4 and 5 of this course/paper.

This assessment is composed of Two (2) different sections.

Show critical thinking, analytical thinking and higher order and associative thinking in your submission by responding to each question in each section. These questions are a guideline as to how proceed with each section and show an extensive coverage of the related learning outcomes.

Required format for each section of the assessment is as follows:
– Section Title (on a fresh page)
– Responses to questions (shown below) with correct sub-headings to facilitate your presentation of each section of your assessment into a coherent whole.
– References in accurate APA style (on a fresh page)
