A. Include the following embedded charts integrated into your analysis

B. Prepare a detailed list of recommendations that will address customer complaints – minimum of 1.5, maximum of 3 total pages.
C. In B above, reference at least (3) sources and refer to your outside research at least (5) times in your analysis, making proper use of in text citations or footnotes, to support your analysis in any way that you think will help to bolster your recommendations.
D. Include a Works Cited Section on a separate page, as usual – at least (5) sources from online publication database sources via Fisher library.
E. Follow other formatting guidelines per previous group cases you have completed.
F. Explain what other software programs (if any) you used to complete Case 4 and how and why you utilized them.
G. Provide a brief summary (each group member to write their own paragraph on their input/involvement) Also, team leader to discuss how your group divided up and accomplished the work for Case 4 and discuss whether or not the tools in part A were of any help in arriving at your recommendations.
