Outline the challenges faced by employers within the M.I.C.E. Industry 3. Discuss how the M.I.C.E. Industry and it’s employers manage these challenges 4. Discuss the future outlook of human resource management in M.I.C.E – in this section you can make predictions as to whether current challenges will be eased or become more difficult, whether technology will have an impact on meetings and the need for human resources and how global events and future trends may affect those working and employing in the industry.
