My project procurement scenario would be a healthcare organization and its need to fill the services necessary to manage the needs resulted from COVID-19.  Issues to navigate would include a global shortage of PPE, staff allocation, identifying priorities to properly manage resources, whilst maintaining normal business operations.  The project would include to track procurement purchases and then separate from regular purchases for possible Federal/state reimbursement, forecasting, identify quality suppliers, procurement of PPE, procurement of site/location needs, and additional clinical staff. Due to the unprecedented time of COVID-19, many had to rise to the challenge rapidly to meet the needs of the communities, which required experts of procurement to properly navigate through the continuous project without a definite end date.
