The purpose of this assignment is to reflect on leadership styles and traits and team collaboration. To document your leadership experiences, team collaboration, and learning, you will complete a series of weekly journal entries that will be used as the basis for the Topic 6 benchmark assignment. For each entry, you will write a 250-word reflective response related to the prompt provided. Prompts will be related to the topic content and will focus on your experiences related to key topic objectives. Reflect on the work your group did this week and think about what you have learned about your personal leadership style and traits and the tenets of servant leadership. In a 250-word reflection, discuss the following: Discuss what you learned about yourself as a leader by completing the leadership assessments. Explain how knowledge of your personal leadership style and traits allowed you to collaborate effectively as a member of your CLC team. Reflect on the tenets of servant leadership that you experienced while interacting with your CLC group this week and provide specific examples of how servant leadership was exemplified.
