Read the summary first, then review the full report. This document provides a great overview of many topics included in this course. Value of sustainability reporting – Alternative Formats This publication provides an excellent overview of the past and possibly future transformations of sustainability reporting. It also introduces you to all the key standard setting organizations in the sustainability space, and identifies benefits of producing sustainability reports. You’ll read more recent updates in future weeks. The video and the week’s readings come from very different sources and cover a variety of issues included in the umbrella of sustainability reporting. In a memo, compare and contrast the materials in an executive summary. As you think about the articles and video, keep in mind that I have read them as well. You don’t have to provide a lot of summary. What I’m looking for is what you took away from the materials and how they shaped your thinking about sustainability reporting issues. You have 300 words for this assignment. Be sure to cite the readings (author date page) in the body of the memo. As always, format, spelling and narrative construction are part of your grade.
