Analyze multiple elements of an organization (that the student is familiar with, either through experience or research) in preparation for the creation of a plan for an organizational initiative (this should be an initiative you think is needed not one currently happening). An organizational initiative can be a restructuring of leadership, a shift in policy, the adoption of new technology, changes due to company growth, changes due to company dissolution, or departmental reorganization. The Strategic Perspective Analysis Paper will have five sections:1.an introduction of the organization being analyzed (team, division, or whole organization level);2.a discussion of structure of the organization (leadership, departments, stakeholders);3.a review of ‘the big picture’ (what is going on in and around the organization that is important to know);4.an analysis of strategic objectives, important relationships, significant patterns, and past trends.
