Need dissertation to follow the university dissertation template attached. Need tables/charts/for a qualitative research study based on 3    low-income school districts in Dallas vs 3 low-income school districts in Houston that have received 21st Federal Afterschool funding. I started writing chapter one and some of the literature review but needs to be re-written – simple, detailed with findings.
