This paper is about being creative with the writing. Write about life experienced and witnessed as the leadership role in the healthcare management field. Let say you been serving in this role for 5 years and you have experienced and witnessed that things didn’t work out the way you planned it and now that your team is falling apart and organization is having a hard time growing the profits. Answer the following questions:
1. Why it didn’t work out?
2. How did you deal with that?
3. What lessons you learned from the situation?
Explain genre conventions in most digital story map journals (e.g., webpage layout, scrolling, images/graphics, maps, text, references, narrative or text, etc.)–not simply the journal you have chosen.
Describe how your chosen multimodal text (selected from the above list) either upholds or deviates from these typical patterns or conventions.
Explain the audience, purpose, and context.
Reflect on characteristics of the map that you think may be appealing to a particular audience.
Write a summary for the Weber (Chapter 4) and Swidler (Chapter 9) readings. Your summary
must focus on and respond to the question prompts provided for each reading. We will gauge your level of comprehension, including
how well you communicate your understanding of the unique theoretical and methodological
contributions that each author makes. No critique needed; simply write a coherent summary based on each question prompt.
Based on your experiences and readings, analyze the roles, empowerment of patients, and values needed to be an effective nurse advocate and policy player.
1-Discuss the APN role as a change agent.
2-Provide an example of a time that you have acted as an advocate or a situation that you are familiar with that involved an APN acting as an advocate.
3-Additionally, address how the APN role is implemented at an organizations, state, and national level.
The text discusses the limited evidence base for the credibility of advocacy, in your opinion does it work?
Why or why not? Support your thoughts with evidence.
Responses need to address all components of the question, demonstrate critical thinking and analysis, and include peer reviewed journal evidence to support the student’s position.
