Describe Infancy Developmental Assessment.

In each of your Developmental Assessments (at least 800-1000 words), you will be creating a plan that could be used to determine whether a child is developing as they should, i.e., whether their development is “normal.” This will require choosing a skill to assess, considering the best way to assess that skill, and considering the expected outcome of your assessment, all based on information in your CDEV textbook. It is not necessary to use any outside resources beyond your CDEV textbook and our course lectures. Here are a few suggestions for addressing the questions on the worksheet:Objective:The goal of your assessment should be to observe the child doing something that you assume, developmentally, they should be able to accomplish. You may focus on one skill or a group of related skills, just be sure your assessment is focused. Don’t try to assess all things related to cognitive development, for example.Activities:This is where you describe the assessment itself, the plan you will follow to “test” the child’s development, so you should be very specific about each step.Relevant Concepts and Anticipated Outcomes:Clearly describe the concepts and/or theories as if your reader has never heard of them, and clearly state what you expect the outcome of this assessment to be (i.e., what should the child be able to do at this age?). Remember to cite your sources. This also means that nearly anything discussed in your textbook has the potential to be a skill you can choose to assess for this assignment. The Infancy Development Assessment are the questions and attached is an example of this assessment. Here is the site for the book: https://bookshelf.vitalsource.com/#/email: for assigned writerpassword: for assigned writer

Describe Chartering vs Commercial Airline.

his sounds like a crazy idea, but you decide to explore it anyway. Here are some assumptions:* Origination (KACT) to destination (KMFR), one-way is 1,380 miles.* Flying time is about 3+00 each way (no wind).* A small jet (like a Lear 35) can make the trip non-stop and can seat 6. Charter cost is $3,500 per hour.* Employees get $200 per day for travel expenses if they are away from home for any part of the day. This covers all expenses except rooms, rental cars, and airfare.* Hotel rooms in Medford are $150 per night.* If traveling by commercial air, company policy requires business class (or better), with fully refundable tickets.* Travelers are mid-level executives who each make about $800 per day in salary; however, when they are gone from the business, it costs the company about twice that amount in reduced productivity ($1,500 per day per employee).* The charter jet can fly in and out of KACT and KMFR so a rental car is not required. * If commercial air in or out of either airport is not available, the group will need to rent a car at $100 per day to get to and from the closest available airport.InstructionsTo determine if chartering is a better deal, you will need to compare costs for the trip using charter vs. using commercial air. Items that you will need to consider:* The charter can operate when you need them, but you might need extra travel days/overnights to accommodate commercial air schedules. If so, the additional time that the employees are away from home can be costly.* Look up actual airfares available for travel. Your meeting day is two days in advance.Write a short essay describing your analysis, and make a recommendation for travel. Include justification for your recommendation.

Discuss examples of Modern Music.

1) Debussy: Girl with the Flaxen Hair (1b) because the melodies are shorter than those in Afternoon of a Faun so the students will follow it more easily. OR 1) Debussy: Afternoon of a Faun (1a) because the beautiful orchestral colors will engage the students more than just listening to a piano. For Stravinsky you might write: 2) Stravinsky: Rite of Spring (2a) because it has rhythmic excitement to engage the class. OR 2) Stravinsky: Pulcinella (2b) because it sounds more traditional and so will be easier for the students to grasp.
