Discuss Best president of United States and why.

About this Assignment System Analysis and Design refers to the procedures of examining or developing business systems with the intent of improving it through industry standard methodology and framework. For this assignment, you will write one report that covers the seven steps in the system analysis and design process based on a hypothetical firm’s business profile. Your report should focus on defining, justifying, and planning the project, and on the tasks associated with testing, implementing, and maintaining the proposes system. Your report should be a minimum of 2,000 words. Scenario Backyard Adventures (BA) is a guided tour and water sports rental company in Jacksonville, Florida run by two brothers, Shawn and Harry Weaver. They advertise Backyard Adventures in several local and regional magazines and web sites, but the Weavers don’t feel that it is attracting new business. BA rents space at a nearby marina, where Shawn runs the office, and handles rentals on the days Harry’s busy with the tour groups. BA has two main business segments: rentals and guided tours but also does some instruction on the side if needed. Customers are required to make reservations in advance for scheduled tours but sometimes space is available for extra customers. Rentals are booked by reservations and walk-in customers. Melissa Smith, a local college student, handles the telephone inquires and reservations. Daily she enters the reservations in a binder, with tabs for each business activity. This list is used to back-up the Microsoft Access database that she uses to record reservations. Each morning, she runs a report that will print out the reservation list for the day. Not only does she maintain the reservation database, but she also uses an accounting software to keep BA’s books. Although the BA database handles the basic information, Harry has noticed some drawbacks. On several occasions the reservations for the tours have conflicted with his availability. Shawn and Harry would like to get information about rental patterns, customer profiles, advertising effectiveness and future business opportunities. They have been talking about either updating their system or replacing it with a new information system that would meet their current and future needs but needs more details on which option is feasible for the company. Your job is to help come up with a plan to address these issues. Writing the Report You will have some discretion as to how you would like to structure your report to best deliver your proposal, but your report must address the following questions about each step in the systems analysis design process: Planning: Define the scope of the problem. You know that BA has a mix of manual and computer-based techniques and they want to update their system or buy a new system. Explain the steps in a feasibility study to determine the anticipated cost and benefits for the best option for BA. Requirements: Justify the functional requirements. Explain what documentation will be used to analyze the needs of the end users to ensure the new system can meet their expectations? Design: Use the information that you received from the system requirement documentation to explain how you will design the new or updated system. What are the necessary specifications and operations of the user interface that will meet the functional requirements? Will you use a logical design or a physical design and why? Development: Explain the development paths that will help start production using these three key topics: the impact of the Internet, software outsourcing, and in-house software development. Testing: Discuss how the system will be tested to determine if the proposed design meets the business goals. Implementation: How will the system be implemented? Who will use it and what is the training plan? What would be the cost of implementing the system? Discuss the post-implementation evaluation plan, does the system meet specified requirements. Maintenance: Does the system need any updates to improve performance? Identity all maintenance activities that will help with making the system operate more efficiently. Formatting & Sources Please write your paper in APA format. You may refer to the course material for supporting evidence, you may also use other sources as needed, make sure you cite them using APA format.
The report must include: The full synthesis route for preparing the chosen compound including all steps, reagents, intermediate products, and yields for each step. Chemical structure must be drawn on computer. IUPAC name where appropriate 2. Discussion of physical/chemical properties -Acidity/ Basicity -Nucleophilic/ electrophilic sites -Chirality -Intermolecular/ Intramolecular forces -Label functional group 3. Detailed discussion of interesting physical properties 4. Interesting facts/ history about the compound.
The focus of the paper is: Identify and explain how rhetoric functions to facilitate coalition-building between Wingspan and Coalición de Derechos Humanos (CDH). As enclaved publics demonstrate how activists interpret rhetoric that emerges from three primary sources: media, legislation and policy, and law enforcement. In 2 pages, I would like you to first identify and explain how rhetoric functions to facilitate coalition-building between Wingspan and Coalición de Derechos Humanos (CDH). Use specific examples. Then in your second or third paragraph, define enclaved publics and demonstrate how activists interpret rhetoric that emerges from three primary sources: media, legislation and policy, and law enforcement. Maybe a paragraph or two for each of the 3 aspects of the paper. How does the rhetoric in media or laws or policies help shape our understandings of who is and isn’t included in civil society? Mandatory Source to include: Chávez, Karma R. “Counter-Public Enclaves and Understanding the Function of Rhetoric in Social Movement Coalition-Building.” Communication Quarterly, vol. 59, no. 1, Jan. 2011, pp. 1–18.
2) Most of you have completed about half of the required hours and that provides good data and information about the site, clients, and the service delivery process. You can use whatever data you’ve collected thus far (this is why detailed field notes are important!) and complete your analysis and recommendations for improvement of the site delivery process with heavy reliance on the literature review you conduct. 3) Follow the previously posted Service Provider Interview and Analysis Instructions, but include your own modifications as necessary. Again, the literature review will provide additional information that will be important to support your arguments and include in your analysis and recommendations for improvement section of the paper (pg. 2 of the instructions) 4) Other criteria for this paper will remain the same. If the interview (by phone) is not available, you will eliminate the Service Provider Interview Findings on page 2 of the Instructions.
he overall length should be no more than 1 ½ -2 pages, single spaced, 12 pt. font, with spaces between paragraphs of no more than 5 sentences. Remember all citations should be placed at the end of the sentence and use Ibid. and Ibid. at _____. where appropriate. NOTE: Assume that we are in New Mexico and all of the statutes and cases represent primary authority. Apply the Rules and Steps for analyzing Legal Authority. Fact Pattern: RE: Mr. Giani Panini Child Support Modification After 15 years of marriage, Giani Panini and Pancetta Panini were granted a divorce in May 2015. There are 3 children from the marriage. Mr. Panini was awarded primary custody of the children because he had always been the primary caregiver. Ms. Panini, a brain surgeon at the time of the divorce, was ordered to pay monthly child support in the amount of $4,500 per month. The terms of the divorce order were undivided in that it did not specify a “per child” amount. Dr. Panini always resented the amount of child support she was ordered to pay. Her frustration over this led her recently to quit her medical practice and enroll in the paralegal program at the local collage. This career change resulted in a substantial reduction in her income. She told several individuals that she quit her practice because she “can’t stand to pay that much money to my ex-husband.” Four months ago, the oldest child turned 18 years of age, and moved out of Mr. Panini’s house. Soon as the oldest child moved out, Dr. Panini reduced by one-third ($1,500) the amount of child support she was paying. She did not seek or obtain a Court Order granting a modification of her support obligation. She told Mr. Panini that she did not have to pay the full amount because the oldest child had turned 18 years of age. Two months ago, she unilaterally reduced her child support payments to $500 per month for the 2 remaining minor children, for a total of $1,000. She told Mr. Panini, “That’s all I can afford to pay now that I’m going back to school.” Mr. Panini has come to our law firm seeking legal advice. With the above facts in mind, your assignment it to prepare a memo addressing the following questions: 1. Was it permissible for Dr. Panini to unilaterally reduce support when the oldest child reached the age of 18? 2. What is the likelihood of the Court granting a modification of child support due to Dr. Panini’s change of occupation? Statutory Law: From the New Mexico Statutes Annotated (NMSA). This are very brief portions of the statutes. You need to locate and read in pertinent part the entire statute. NMSA § 28-6-1 provides that the age of majority is reached when an individual turns eighteen years of age. NMSA § 40-4-7 Proceedings; spousal support; support of children; division of property; …(F) “The court may modify and change any order in respect to care, custody, maintenance or the children whenever circumstances under such change proper. The district court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of all matters pertaining to the care, custody, circumstances of the children so long as the children remain minors.” NMSA § 40-4-11.4 (A) Modification of child support orders; exchange of financial information; The relevant portion of section (A) provides: “A court may modify a child support obligation upon a showing of material and substantial changes in circumstances subsequent to the adjudication of the preexisting order.” Case Law: These cases can be found by Google-ing them by citation.
