Nutrition plays a huge part in the aging population; however, there are many factors the aging population face. Factors can include decreased monies, living alone, too many co-morbidities with diet considerations for each or living in a facility that serves limited food choices not considering the many diet factors. Think outside the box….what are the newest ways to get healthy? Nutrition can include vitamins, supplements, and medicinal oils.
