The presentation must outline your position concisely. The building blocks of a well-presented argument include the following:• Well-established facts supported through research• Values that are both relevant and clarified to give your audience perspective• An argument that is sequenced by the priority of facts and the level of importance• • Arguments that establish facts your audience will agree with and values they share• Before presenting, make sure you have a narrow and clearly defined thesis, a working outline and the facts to back up your argument. The introduction of the problem should do several things:• Provide background information and introduce your topic• Explain your point of view to your audience by highlighting the importance of the topic or the reason they should care• Include a well-defined, concise and clear thesis that highlights at least two main points• Engage your audience so that they want to continue listening to your argument• include transitions (word, phrase, sentence) going into the slides• Create an attention-grabbing lead into the argumentThe slides must present the supporting evidence that backs up your position. The opposing positions should also be clearly stated and defined. Keep the following guidelines in mind when presenting your argument:• Stick to one main point per slide.• Make sure to establish a logical connection to the argument in each slide.• Explain the connections to the problem with respect to how and why.• Devote at least one/two slide(s) to the opposing viewpoint.• Use evidence to support your points made about both sides of the argument• Keep in mind that sources provide authority to your position, and cite any sources used. The evidence that supports your research question must include facts, anecdotes, statistics or logic. The conclusion re-introduces the problem, but it is more than a simple rewording. Instead, it involves combining the evidence from the research with the problem and the research question. Never add new information in your conclusion. Review the presentation as a whole while clearly concluding the argument convincingly.

Part#1 Use Order # 591753595Identify 1-3 topics that most accurately reflect the positive aspects of the class. Discuss how the information impacted you and how will you be able to apply the information in future classes and outside of the classroom.Pt 2 Respond To classmate with one paragraphPositive:Separate but Equal showed me the history of the struggles of African Americans in America. While I learned about it and inherently knew about it, I was unaware of the full dynamic of struggles that African Americans went through early on and still to this day. IThe Impact of Partisan Politics opened my eyes to the marketing aspect of politics and how they sway voters one way or another, especially those who are undecided. I will use elements of what I learned from this assignment in the classroom to identify certain words or ideologies that people push, but I will be intentionally aware of these actions outside of the classroom, especially in the upcoming election.I got a lot out of the Political, Social, Economic Resistance assignment. It took me an extremely long time to complete due to the research, but I enjoyed learning about the history of gay rights in America. I have a stronger understanding of the struggles that LGBTQ individuals encounter every day, and I will use what I learned in my personal and professional life. This assignment, in addition to learning about the oppression of African Americans, the depth of racism in this country, and other minimalized groups, has opened my eyes to the trials and tribulations that others deal with on a daily basis. I have definitely experienced personal growth as a result of this class. Eliminate:Educational Myths did seem to fit in with the rest of the coursework. I understand how it could make sense to be included in this class, but it did not seem to benefit my learning. Transforming America’s Educational System was an odd assignment for me. I like that this assignment made me think through an initiative, but my lack of context around implementing an initiative made it harder for me to complete this assignment. Perhaps this would be more appropriate in another class that involves group work, or it should be a project that is completed over multiple weeks.I wasn’t quite sure how the American Dream Speech assignment was relevant to our lessons. I think that a paper involving research that answers the questions in the assignment would have allowed me to gain a better understanding of the content.lessPt#2Respond to classmate with one paragraphThe most interesting topics that I have found in this class is American dream and code switching. First I saw the assignment of code switching quite fun, I still remember the video we watched for that topic. May be it is because everything that the lady said in the video I could relate with it. With the slang language and the ghetto dressing, it has all happened to me. The topic taught me some of the most valuable lessons that I will continue to use even in future. That it is okay to code switch for purposes of survival but it is possible to maintain your values too while code switching. About the American dream I loved the topic because it reminds us as a country of where we are and what we need to do to achieve the dream.I would say that the topic of politics be deleted because I hate politics. But then seeing this crisis time and the role that politicians have not played, I say that the topic also be studied. We need to learn about the values we should support in leader or not
