In what ways, have the films explored different aspects of women’s lives?

The series of short-response questions I will pose throughout the semester will help you prepare for our weekly Zoom meetings and for exams at the end of units. You will be using terms and concepts that are basic to the study of film. You will be exploring  ideas about the films you have recently viewed.   Research has long demonstrated that writing about a subject helps the writer to remember that subject matter better and to discover new insights about it. Question While the three films assigned this week have represented different forms and styles of non-fiction film, all  have been directed by women, and all have centered on female experience.  In what ways have the films explored similar female experience?  In what ways, have the films explored different aspects of women’s lives?

Article Critique or sometimes referred to as a Critical Review of an academic article assignment is designed to give current and future leaders a skill that can be used in work settings.  Many times you will find on your job the opportunity to stay current on academic articles regarding critical issues in your field is difficult.  As a professional when the opportunity to read an article is available, you must be able to read and summarize the article in a way that knowledge can be transferred to others. The critical reviews that you will conduct for this assignment are one way to review an article and impart information to other persons. The articles should be ones that you can use for your research project.   Procedures      Measures         Findings Procedures      Measures         Findings
