As you answer these questions, be specific and detailed. Use examples from the book. You may structure your paper any way you like.
After reading the article entitled How risky is your project – And what are you doing about it? by Dr. David Hillson, answer the following question: https://www.pmi.org/learning/library/risky-project-doing-it-9351
Discuss two or three factors that can influence “overall project risk” as distinct from “individual risk.”
After reading the Kerzner Space Shuttle Challenger Disaster respond to the following questions: pp. 357-404, The Space Shuttle Challenger Disaster
How should problems with risk identification be resolved if there exists differences of opinion between the customer (NASA) and the contractors (Thiokol)?
Why werent the astronauts involved in the launch decision (i.e., the acceptance of the risk)? Should they have been involved?
If a critical risk is discovered, what is the proper way for the project manager to present to senior management the impact of the risk? How do you as a project manager make sure that senior management understand the ramifications?

The reading materials from modules 1 and 2 emphasize the critical mechanisms for addressing the complex relationships among scope, cost and schedule and the influences that impact these knowledge areas as it relates to cost and schedule estimation and control. Review your lecture materials, relevant outside literature, and chapters 5, 6, and 8 of your MM textbook and respond to the following questions in your weekly discussion.
To avoid cost overruns and schedule delays what are the top five questions you would need answered in your project scope statement? Be creative and innovative in responding to this question to make sure you have addressed some of the more serious risks of incomplete or inaccurate project scope.
Discuss some of the external influences on cost management that were present in the Big Dig and explain how you would manage those external influences to control both cost growth and schedule extension.
After watching the videos in the resource section, write a reflection paper. In your reflection paper, be sure to address each of the following. Integrate theoretical information specific to this model that you found in your readings.
Introduce narrative family therapy. Identify the primary contributors, and then, explain the context of the theorists at that time (e.g., place, background, interests).
Comment on the therapeutic relationship.
Explain the methods therapists use to separate the person from the problem. How do they thicken the family story to enrich its narrative?
Identify and describe model interventions that you saw in these client interactions in the videos.
Explore how social constructionist therapists work to stabilize, normalize, and create acceptance in clients as methods of solving the concerns of clients. They also focus on strengths and resiliency. Cite at least two or more examples, in detail, where you witnessed this strategy.
What would be your systemic hypothesis regarding the couple in the video?
Determine how you could apply mental health recovery concepts to the cases in the videos.
Support your assignment with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
