3.) For your grade or content area, examine your districts or states current curriculum guide. Select a standard achievement test (perhaps one that you actually administer). Which objectives appearing in the curriculum are adequately measured by the test? Which are not? In your opinion, how adequately is the content covered by the test?

Proposal to a government of a country to help them prepare a country-level profile.

As a consultant, you are submitting a tender/proposal to a government of a country to help them prepare a country-level profile (in the form of a final report). You believe that you have the necessary data management and analysis skills to carry out this task. Country level profiles are used to assist policy makers in preparing strategic plans for the country.

In the first stage of this project, you will prepare a tender/proposal which will explicitly outline the information that you will include in the final report (part 2 of the project).

Your proposal will consider the following aspects of the country:

1. Population
2. Macroeconomicindicators 3. Environmentalindicators 4. COVID-19 impact

In addition to the above, you are required to choose another aspect of your choice which you think is unique to your country and will help in its development. Examples of this include main industries, technological capability, human rights information etc.

All the aspects listed above are quite broad. It is up to you to select what you think it appropriate for the policy makers. For example, when presenting the countrys population information, we could choose to focus on population growth, age group distribution or gender distribution. Additionally, with most of the data being time series, you will also need to decide what time horizon you want to focus on. For example, in the population case, do you want to consider all the data available (all years) or only the recent years. Please provide very brief reasons for your choices.

Who are you? What do you believe? What cognitive biases do you have?

PHIL 341 Critical Reasoning

Who are you? What do you believe? What cognitive biases do you have? These are big questions to answer, but necessary to consider before moving forward in your personal and professional life.

In a one- to two-page paper, consider the people and experiences that have shaped how you see yourself, how you see life, and, most importantly, how they have shaped your biases.

Describe a minimum of three things you believe to be true, such as the existence of God, right vs. wrong, morality, and what it means to be a good person.

Explain, in detail, where, when, and how you acquired these beliefs (including the other people or experiences that have influenced you most), how these beliefs have made you who you are today, and why these beliefs are important. Do not simply say something like, I believe in doing the right thing because it is the right thing. You must really dig deep into your psyche and analyze your own perspective of the world; make your brain hurt!

Most importantly, discuss at least two cognitive biases discussed in Chapter 1 that you might be most subject to and why. Integrate these into your three beliefs and analyze the ways in which they shape you.

There is no right or wrong answer to these questions, but your in-depth insight is important.

Your paper must be in APA Style, typed, and proofread. You do not need an abstract or outside reference for this paper.
