Effect of corona virus in the German Aerospace Industry – SWOT (WEAKNESSES ANALYSIS)

The German Aerospace Industry has enjoyed strong growth over the last two decades; for example, the industry’s turnover quadrupled between 1995 and 2006. The industry has benefitted from growing global demand, particularly in the civil aviation sector, as well as from a well-developed manufacturing base, a dense structure of networks and clusters, heavy investment in R&D, and multiple and growing channels of public support on the federal and regional level. In addition, the industry benefits from various programs of co-operation and support on the European level. Despite this relatively favorable base, as of now there appear to be two main risks and threats to the further development of the industry. The first is increasing competitive pressure. New emerging players, in particular, China, are seeking to establish themselves; the United States continues to harbor the world’s largest aerospace industry which benefits from a large internal market as well as from spillovers between the civil and military aviation sectors. Meanwhile, important parts of the German Aerospace Industry are dominated by small or medium-sized enterprises that thrive in technological niches but may be below critical size for success in global competition. The second, and more fundamental, is the current economic crisis caused by the Corona pandemic and its possible repercussions for the industry. The current restrictions have virtually immobilized large parts of the population in industrial and emerging countries and led to a sharp drop in demand for travel and transportation services. There is fundamental uncertainty whether the crisis will lead to a longer-term shake-up of the industry or rather take a “V-shape”, implying an unbroken longer-run growth trend. Task Against this background, develop a SWOT analysis of the German Aerospace Industry by the steps stated below. In doing this analysis, distinguish between at least two different scenarios with respect to the further course of the Corona crisis and its impact on the industry. Grading Your grade will be composed of four components. Please note that each of these components must receive a positive grade in order to pass the course. What did the ancient Hebrews (Jews) believe at the end of the Babylonian Captivity or around 500 BCE?

What did the ancient Hebrews (Jews) believe at the end of the Babylonian Captivity or around 500 BCE? Study the original sources in the context of the history of the ancient Hebrews, avoiding placing them in the historical context of Christianity, since the Christian faith began during the first century CE. Try to present the ancient Hebrew faith in three aspects: 1) the nature of God, Yahweh, 2) the core value of the faith, and 3) the organization of the faith.       Please pay attention to differences of the Hebrew faith from the later Christianity. Please pay attention to the Babylonian Captivity around 500 BCE. Jewish faith experienced significant changes afterward. However, many later changes are not important to be included in this essay.

Where in the World Is Evidence-Based Practice?

Please react and respond to this post.  The healthcare organization website reviewed was for Washington Regional, a healthcare organization in Northwest Arkansas that includes a hospital, outpatient centers and community outreach programs. Washington Regional’s website includes information about the organization’s mission, vision, values, awards received, programs available, patient resources, staff information, community outreach and assistance available. Washington Regional serves the Northwest Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma communities.  Evidence based practice is discussed in the Community Report put out by WR in 2019 (2019). The report discusses advancements in Neuroradiology, TAVR’s,  and L&D. It also points out awards that they have received, such as the Governors Quality Award, which is given to organizations that continually improve quality leading to performance excellence (2019). WR also received an award for “Get with the Guidelines-Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award” which is given to organizations following EBP for stroke treatment (2019). This award is given for 24 consecutive months or more of following the 7 evidence based measures set forth by American Heart Association in at least 85% of eligible patients (Get With The Guidelines- Stroke Recognition Criteria, 2018). Evidence based practice is essential in providing the current best care for patients, this is determined through study and research (Laureate Education, 2018). Awards, such as the stroke recognition, help provide clear up-to-date EBP guidelines for treatment. There are constant changes as we learn more and more about all areas and treatments, it is helpful if there are organizations that focus on current EBP to relay this to all practitioners.  After reviewing the website I did have an increased respect for this organization. I had a fair amount of respect for the care that they provide prior to this review but it has increased. This organization is providing evidence based care to the community it serves.    (2019).
