The Quadruple Aim provides broad categories of goals to pursue to maintain and improve healthcare. Within each goal are many issues that, if addressed successfully, may have a positive impact on outcomes. For example, healthcare leaders are being tasked to shift from an emphasis on disease management often provided in an acute care setting to health promotion and disease prevention delivered in primary care settings. Efforts in this area can have significant positive impacts by reducing the need for primary healthcare and by reducing the stress on the healthcare system.

Changes in the industry only serve to stress what has always been true; namely, that the healthcare field has always faced significant challenges, and that goals to improve healthcare will always involve multiple stakeholders. This should not seem surprising given the circumstances. Indeed, when a growing population needs care, there are factors involved such as the demands of providing that care and the rising costs associated with healthcare. Generally, it is not surprising that the field of healthcare is an industry facing multifaceted issues that evolve over time.

In this module’s Discussion, you reviewed some healthcare issues/stressors and selected one for further review. For this Assignment, you will consider in more detail the healthcare issue/stressor you selected. You will also review research that addresses the issue/stressor and write a white paper to your organization’s leadership that addresses the issue/stressor you selected.

The magazine industry and the recording industry are specifically geared towards niche audiences. How did both industries accommodate technological (for example cassette tape) and cultural (for example globalization) change? Using your own experiences and observations of audiences (family members, relatives, friends, etc.) illustrate why it is becoming difficult or easy to target specific audiences ( focus only on one of these industries).

Are you a perfectionist? During the Second Great Awakening, this meant you were a social reformer battling the problems of industrial society.

It is the 1820’s and you are a member of New York’s growing affluent middle class. You have made your money from the industrial changes taking place in the northern states and now want to reshape society in your image. The wave of religious radicalism with its emphasis on spiritual actions is just what you have been waiting for. You eagerly take up the cause of one of the new wave of social reform movements with the goal of making society perfect. But which one? Choose a cause and explain how you are going to make America a better place. You should consider one of the following issues:

Focus on one type of reform movement and include details about the cause that are historically accurate to this period of American history.
Your source is meant to be persuasive and therefore needs to include a specific argument to convince people you are right. You can decide what this argument looks like. For example, will you appeal to reason or make an emotional case?
Does your source look historically accurate? You can choose to present your arguments in a number of different forms. It should be clear which source format you are using.
