Researching a range of current academic journal articles related to change management, o Explaining clearly what current research literature is saying about change management, o Clearly interpreting it to demonstrate understanding and be able to explain what it means in terms of todays organisations, o Drawing supported conclusions as to the validity of current change models. Students need to format their research, analysis and conclusions into a professionally presented, 2000 word report. Research Requirements: Students need to support their analysis with reference from the text and a minimum of eight (8) suitable, reliable, current and academically acceptable sources check with your tutor if unsure of the validity of sources. Groups seeking Credit or above grades should support their analysis with increased number of reference sources comparable to the grade they are seeking. Presentation: 2000 + 10% word report format Word .doc or .docx. Title page, executive summary, table of contents, appropriate headings and sub-headings, recommendations, reference list (Harvard Anglia style), attachments if relevant.
