1. Choose an important tort law case to discuss. include the history of the tort law involved and how the case was significant to the field of tort law. you should include your own opinions about the case and include any prior cases which affected the prior case as well as subsequent cases.  2. Choose 2 or three tort law cases and write a paper that compares or contrasts them. As with the prior suggestion, cover the history of legal issues involved, your own opinion about the cases and subsequent cases dealing with the same issues.
