Compare and contrast how programs of research, clinical healthcare, and education are evaluated based on 1) a review of the literature and 2) interviews with nurses working in these areas. Are there significant differences in how these programs are viewed and evaluated? How do nurses engaged in these programs view the evaluation process? How engaged are they in designing the evaluation process and collecting and analyzing the evaluative data?
