should be done to rectify the disparities in application of the law and sentencing across the nation? Consider two individuals
competing for a position with XYZ Corporation. Both candidates use marijuana recreationally; however, because one lives
in a state where it is illegal, he/she has a criminal record for possession of a usable amount. With their qualifications being equal, consider who is at most risk of not getting the position.
