Case Diagnosis (Minor) Paper:  Diagnosis of a Case –  Complete a bio psychospiritual social assessment of a fictitious client highlighting the client’s personality and functioning. The bio psychospiritual social must provide a realistic picture of the client and serves as a basis for the diagnosis. The picture painted should include symptoms exhibited by someone with the diagnosis identified.
