Scenario A colleague from another department in your agency comes to you in confidence regarding one of your employees. She relys on your employee to prepare monthly inventory reports so that she can track and prepare her quarterly budgt. Because she is not getting the reports she needs form your employee, her reports are delayed, and her boss is starting to question her competency on the job. She seems angry because the situation has been going on for a while and she has not had any luck in trying to solve it on her own. The issue excalated this past week when a practitioner did not have the necessary materials in the examination to conduct a thorough assessement of their patient.
