Assignment Instructions: Using the Early Childhood Development Reference Guide template, begin to build the initial content in your guide. You will build onto this guide throughout the course and submit a final version as your final assignment in Week Five. Since this is something you’ll build throughout the course, you will notice that this week you will skip some sections of the guide and only focus on the sections below. For this week, complete the following sections of your guide: Section 1: Factors Impacting Child Development. Define each factor that impacts child development. In addition, include at least two examples for each factor. Make sure to support the ideas you have shared in this section with at least one scholarly resource . Refer back to your Week One Discussion, Unraveling the Mystery, to help you as you complete this section of your guide. Section 2: Key Theories of Child Development. Summarize each theory that is listed in the Key Theories Table in your guide. Make sure to support your ideas in this section with at least one scholarly resource  (Links to an external site.) . Refer back to the Theorist Gallery and your Week Two discussion, Child Development Talk with Champ, to help you as you complete this section of your guide. Section 2: Models of Child Development. Summarize each model that is listed in the Key Models Table in your guide. Make sure to support the ideas you have shared in this section with at least one scholarly resource  (Links to an external site.) . Refer back to your Week Two Journal and the Tale of Three Classrooms to help you as you complete this section of your guide Section 5: Language and Terminology Related to Child Development. Add the definitions to the Week Two section of the table. You will need to add the definitions for the five chosen terms, as well as choose five terms of your own. Section 6: Resources and References for Child Development. Add at least two early learning and development resources to the table in the “Early Childhood Development Reference Guide.” In addition, add each scholarly resource  (Links to an external site.)  that you used to support your ideas above to the references section of the guide.
