Choose an organ system most relevant to the field of medicine you wish to go into.

Describe the organs within this system, including the spatial relationship with surrounding structures.
Looking at the major organs within this system, explain how the anatomy of each organ provides insight into its physiological functions.
Examine how the physiology of your chosen organ system is affected when there is an anatomical variation vs. a pathological change. You can use real life examples of anatomical variations and pathologies.
In your follow-up posts, post a resource from a scientific journal that you think is excellent that extends the information provided in your peers post.

First, directly copy a paragraph or excerpt from the chosen source that you think enhances your peers post.
Next, paraphrase and summarize using your own words the information from the paragraph you copied.
You have to explain why or how the information enhances or extends the information provided. See the Grading and Evaluation section in the Syllabus module for links to research databases at the CCCOnline Library.
Consult the resources that are posted to your own post and explain why each resource is or isn’t a valid resource.
