(Please pick a specific event that happened to a patient and discuss that event, i.e., if you wanted to look at postpartum hemorrhage that led to a patient death, you would find an article that specifically talks about an actual event to a patient that experienced the hemorrhage, then died.)Identify the factors that contributed to this event.Describe the role of nursing on prevention of future events.
