You are asked to create a protocol that is supported by research for your institution, and present the final product in PowerPoint format to your board of directors. Clearly and concisely describe your proposed telehealth technology and the patient population served by the technology. Present your proposed protocol for the use of the technology. Describe the need for the technology in your institution and how the implementation will benefit both the institution and the individuals served. Include a discussion of any areas of concern or questions regarding its use. Illustrate how establishing your proposed protocol aligns with evidence-based practice by incorporating information from at least two (2) scholarly articles. Include a summary slide that wraps up the presentation. This should include any next steps and/or suggestions for your institution’s board of directors. Be 12-20 slides in length, not including the title and reference slide. Your title slide should include the name of your selected technology, the date and your name. Your references should be in APA format. Be professional and visually appealing. Select appropriate background, coloring, and fonts.
