In Multinational Corporations, CIOs  transform the IT Department to enable the entire organization for digital transformation. First thing that CIOs do is to Redesign the IT Organization.. (Org. Structure, Resources, Capabilities etc). In this empirical paper, I would like to investigate what org structure  organization adopt for IT Department and how they transform IT department. Data should be collected  at least from 4 Multinational corporation and collected from IT Executives in IT Department.
