Offer insight into challenges you may face in entering the system as a whole. What social policies or correctional frameworks differ from your own personal values and those values you uphold as a psychologist? Determine which aspects of the correctional environment and your new co-workers will be the most challenging. Then, explain how you will handle these challenges. Determine if you believe you can have an impact upon such a constrained system. If you believe you can have an impact, identify the tools you will need for success.
