Examine a set of departments operations (IT, HR, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing for example) within any large US based company. Use risk assessment techniques generate the risk assessment report across all the departments. Provide a report on how that functional area impacts the organization and company, what parts of that area are particularly sensitive to disasters and to security issues, and consider not only how to address those at the Senior Leadership level but how each is a part of the bigger picture of the organization.
