Is healthcare an American right or an elitist principle? Apply the theories of deontology and moral particularism as they apply to the Affordable Care Act. Then apply the theories of utilitarianism and virtue ethics as they apply to Medicare for all. Once that is completed, do a comparison of the four theories and the four models. Discuss how using one or more of these theories might help the government to create healthcare policies for the American people. Which plan, if any, would you personally like to see enacted?
