For this writing assignment, you are going to do a character analysis of one of the characters from A Rose for Emily. Make sure your character has plenty of information that you can discuss in your paper. A few tips for writing a character analysis are: 1) Describe the character that you are dealing with (personality, attitude, background, behavior, and physical characteristics) 2) Discuss the conflict in the story as it relates to the character you are dealing with. How does it affect them directly? Remember that you will need a thesis statement that will include the main points that you are going to cover your character. Make sure that you identify which character you are discussing and what you are going to talk about regarding the character.
