The Ethical Core of Effective Leadership Activity Context This discussion will help you to develop the skills needed to master the following course competency:   Integrate theories and models to evolve the practice of leadership in a dynamic global environment. Examine multidisciplinary aspects of social, political, cultural, legal, and economic factors affecting global leadership issues through current real-world case studies. Activity Instructions Many noted scholars have written on ethics not as a facet of leadership, but rather as the core of effective leadership. For this discussion, respond to the following:   As you examine your case organization and its leadership, how might you characterize your case leader in terms of being ethical and effective? Why? What does that tentative finding suggest in terms of the firm case leader’s willingness to adapt and adopt emerging theories and worldviews that support organization viability and relationships with others and communities outside the home culture?
