For this discussion, respond to the following:   As you examine your case organization and its leadership, how might you characterize your case leader in terms of being ethical and effective? Why? What does that tentative finding suggest in terms of the firm case leader’s willingness to adapt and adopt emerging theories and worldviews that support organization viability and relationships with others and communities outside the home culture?
