Conduct research and determine which sport you would like to add to the Olympic program and also use evidence and data to justify your decision. Please use the following criteria to justify your nomination.1. The history of the sport, and whether it has been included in the program before, and the number of affiliated national federations and the level of participation in the world. 2. Institutional matters: the financial status of the sport, International governance (does the sport have an international federation? How many members do the international governing body have? Discuss the techniques that were used in your experiment; such as, streak plate, selective/differential media, biochemical tests and briefly elaborate on those techniques.) Gender equality (does it provide an equal opportunity for both male and female participants?)3. Value-added to the Olympic movement: the sport’s image and whether it represents Olympic values?4. Popularity: how many spectators it will draw, sponsorship, media interest, and whether the best athletes will compete at the Olympics.
