The main research question is : Do incentive mechanism work in xx company? (Please stick to the same question and focus on one company.)
For postgraduate final dissertation, there are five parts:
1. Introduction
2. Literature review
3. Analyze
4. Methodology
5. Conclusion.
Only need to write the literature review and methodology parts. And the reference lists is required.
In literature review, it should include some professional theories about incentive machanism. Make some assumptions so that can collect datas. What’s the relationship between the theories. (Eg. A effect B, how A related to B)
