Task – Write a proposal for the management project Scenario below and break it down into 5 separate components listed under assessment criteria. Scenario -: You have been asked to lead a stakeholder group that has been formed to review the services and support given to customers. It is a challenging remit as there is a likelihood that services will need to be cut or changed. The group comprises of internal and external stakeholders. This includes two team leaders who are based off-site, a finance officer, an equalities officer, a representative from the senior management team and three customers. There is also representation from a national consumer group who attend to represent customer interests.
