Submit a sample of a piece of rhetoric with emotional appeal, one with logical appeal, and one with ethical appeal.  Explain in two or three sentences why each selection fits the assignment.  It can be a cartoon (political or otherwise), an editorial, a letter to the editor. Of course many have more than one appeal, but choose the primary and explain your position.
