Explain the patiopsylogy of COPD, what is COPD , what happens to the lungs, the patient, causes, how can that affect the patient, YOU WILL NEED  . Recognition of disease aetiology (cause) may be relevant here.( NO normal A&P or investigations ) Visual tool –eg image, diagram should be used here  Analyse any relevant aetiology ( nature and nurture ) which influenced the present health status; ( First research generally the pathophysiology with reference  evidence ,  Do Not waste words on normal A&P, or waste words describing tests and investigations performed pre admission .Consider what is the pathology and how serious is THE condition now.
