Explore the Dynamics of Conflict, Power, Negotiations, and Politics on Organizational Behavior

Conduct a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats) analysis of your organization. Determine two variables for each of the four categories. Based on your interpretation of the influencing variables, analyze thehealthof the current state of the organization. Then, extrapolate the influence of conflict, power, negotiations, and politics in play to provide recommendations to move the organization towards a more positive future state. Select the two (2) most influencing variables in each category, and then formulate a plan to ensure changes to sustain the status quo or implement desirable change.
