Module 4 Creative Application Creative Application: Using the INFORMS CAP domains conduct a real options analysis of a business process. Instructions: Read through the resources below. Identify an industry trend are familiar with. Identify the costs of all kinds and potential benefit associated with three different opportunities to address that trend in an organization with which you are familiar through a SWT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Trends). Identify stakeholders who may be impacted by the potential decisions. Isolate what conditions or variables are considered in that decision by the decision makers in that organization. Give heuristic-based weights to each of these variables by each stakeholder for each option. Submit the SWT analysis and options analysis with weighted variables toward potential opportunities for each stakeholder.
