Task description Identify a business problem in a workplace and develop a positive solution that can be achieved through the communication theories, models, approaches, concepts and advice as a successful leader (2,000 words.). Be careful to work through each of the bullet points below and ensure you address them all. Written report must: Identify and describe a business problem, issue or situation relevant to the concepts and theories of communication and leadership success. Analyse the business problem, issue or situation by applying relevant communication frameworks, models, approaches, concepts and theories of Communication for Leadership Success. Develop a practical solution to the problem, issue or situation that can be implemented in the workplace to achieve a positive outcome.   Prepare an implementation plan for your practical solution. Your implementation plan should include educational or communication materials, resources or scripts for those involved in its implementation. Predict the possible outcomes of your proposed changes and strategies. This could be in the form of a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis or an assessment of the pros and cons and/or discussion of the limitations and challenges. Prepare an evaluation strategy to that can be deployed post implementation to measure the effectiveness of your solution. Use at least 15 references throughout your report to support your analysis and development of a positive solution.  This means you should refer to a range of theories, models, approaches, researchers, experiments, research data, and articles that total at least 15.  Please note: In the interests of company and personal privacy, and for ethical reasons, please do not use the real names of people in your  report.
