The environment greatly impacts global politics. Pollution and global warming do not stay within state borders, making it a transnational issue. In your opinion, what are the most significant issues today that are related to, or affected by, environmental factors? How should states address theses issues cooperatively? What incentives do states have not to cooperate and why are these issues so challenging?
