Should you Do nothing because the terminal in question is working properly and then look at the next terminal on the list? Why or why not?

As one of the radiology managers, you are required to take the managerial “on-call” on the weekends. One weekend, you receive a call saying one of the radiology computer systems is not functioning. Since you are the “business owner” of the system (responsible for its use, PM, and repair), you use your remote access from home to view the equipment at the hospital. After fixing the reported problem, you decide to view other computers on your network to see if they are having the same issues but haven’t been reported yet. During your investigation you discover an on-site radiology staff member viewing medical records that radiology doesn’t usually need to access. Why is each of the three options are good or bad options? Answer all three questions following the writing guidelines. Should you Do nothing because the terminal in question is working properly and then look at the next terminal on the list? Why or why not? Log onto PACS to see if the records accessed have radiology studies and if the employee needs to access them? Why or why not? Call the hospital to speak with the employee in question and ask what he or she is doing? Why or why not?
