Identifying Structural Relationships Exercise
Complete the chart below. Once you understand the examples and their explanations on the chart, find your own examples of these relationships and copy them into the chart in the column provided (Student Example Passage). Focus on books, stories, chapters, and passages in the Bible that are most familiar to you. Then, in the last column on the right (Student Explanation), explain in a single sentence how you see the indicated relationship in the passage you have chosen. Limit the length of your example passages to two or three verses at the most. (Your answers will appear highlighted in yellow.) In addition, see the Summary Chart at the end of this document. Note: There may be page breaks between some of the material, so make sure you work all the way through to the end of this file.
