Ultimately, you need to turn in a paper and a powerpoint presentation covering the brief, 30 minute training program. The paper should include:
the goals of the training (what you want the learners to be able to do after training–this should be limited and specific)
an outline of the content that you will cover
the sources for your content (have at least 2–for online sources, include the url).
a description of an activity that learners would (if we were meeting) engage in to help learn the content
the manner in which you would measure the effectiveness of the training program
You can probably accomplish this in 3 or 4 double-spaced pages. This is only a 30 minute program.
